A little help with your order.

For an order update, delivery arrangements, a change or a return, email info@slab.pk or call 0313 7732222.

What to include

Share your order number, the name used for the order and a short description of your question. For delivery enquiries, include your city. Please do not send passwords or payment credentials.

Delivery updates

We will confirm the delivery arrangements for your order directly. If a carrier tracking link is available, it will be shared with you. For orders outside Lahore, delivery charges are quoted and agreed before dispatch.

Changes and returns

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. For a return, read our returns policy and contact us before sending the item back.
