Refund policy
We want you to feel comfortable with the pieces you choose. Contact SLAB if you need help with a return or a problem with your order.
Returns in original condition
We accept returns in original condition. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the return arrangements. Keep the item protected and retain its packaging where possible.
Collection costs
- Within Lahore: we arrange collection of the return at no collection charge to you.
- Outside Lahore: for a return in original condition that is not due to damage or a defect, the customer pays the collection cost. We will discuss the arrangements and cost with you before collection.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us understand it. Returns for damaged or defective items are free of charge to the customer, both within and outside Lahore. Please also contact us if you receive an incorrect item so we can put it right.
How to request a return
Email info@slab.pk or call 0313 7732222. Include your order number, product name and reason for the return. We will explain the next steps and arrange or agree collection as applicable.
Refunds and exchanges
After the returned item is received and its condition checked, we will confirm the refund or agreed exchange with you. For Cash on Delivery purchases, the refund method will be agreed directly with you. Any applicable collection charge will be explained before the return is arranged.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If you do not accept an outside-Lahore delivery quote, you may cancel before dispatch without charge.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
