This website is operated by SLAB, Lahore, Pakistan. These terms apply when you browse the store, contact us or place an order. They should be read with our delivery policy, returns policy and privacy policy.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The product description identifies what is included; styling accessories are excluded unless stated. Photographs and screen settings can affect colour appearance. Please contact us before ordering if dimensions, finishes or other details are important to your choice.

We may update prices and availability for future orders. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will explain it and ask you to accept the correction or cancel. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed order total without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Cash on Delivery is currently our available payment method. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We may contact you to confirm availability and delivery arrangements before accepting and dispatching it. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will let you know and refund any amount already paid for it.

Delivery and access

Delivery coverage, charges and arrangements are explained in our delivery policy and the information agreed for your order. Please tell us about stairs, lifts, restricted access or other requirements before delivery is arranged. Check that a piece can pass through doorways and reach its intended position; ask us for product dimensions if needed. Any additional service or charge must be agreed in advance.

Changes, cancellations and problems

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Please refer to our returns policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items and return requests. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access or submit false orders. Website text, imagery and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own policies.

Updates and contact
